To register to vote, simply complete the voter registration form, available by clicking on the appropriate form below. You can fill out the form using your computer or by hand. Complete the required fields and use the print button on the bottom of the form or simply print the blank form and complete by hand.
Currently your application cannot be processed by electronic submission and will not be completed until the County Clerk and Recorder receives the original application including a signature or mark as indicated on the form.
If you have questions about registering to vote, please contact your County Clerk.
Please mail your completed application back to your County Clerk. If this is your first time voting or your first time voting by mail please include a copy of your ID with your application.
